Scientific and Technical Council

Scientific and Technical Council (STC) is a consultative body for scientific and technical activities of the university focused on increasing effectiveness of scientific and research.

STC coordinates personnel, research, development and innovation policies of the University and aims at:

• development of priority areas of science and technology;
• enhancement  of  educational,scientific and technical facilities of the university, development of information and computer complex, creation of experimental and computer centers for collective use;
• conducting fundamental and applied scientific research;
• carrying out competitive selection of research staff of the interfaculty departments of the university.
