Competition support department

Competitions service provides organizational and methodological support to structural divisions and university staff with the following:

• Interaction with structural units of the University to collect proposals for R&D (services) within their competence, taking into account applications placed on information sites;
• Preparation and placement of competitive applications for the right to conclude a contract (contract) for the implementation of R & D (service provision) of the University as a supplier;
• Organization of the provision of bank guarantees in order to ensure participation in tenders and auctions, as well as the performance of contracts (contracts) in the case of determining the University as the winner of the procurement;
• Monitoring of federal, sectoral, departmental and other development programs, within the framework of which competitions are carried out for R & D and informing the structural divisions of the University;
• Control over the preparation and organization of the presentation of scientific and technical information (registration cards, information cards with reports on R & D) in (CITIS), the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation;
• Assistance to the structural units of the University, in the preparation of tender documentation for participation in competitive procurement carried out by the University;
• Assistance in attracting students, graduate students and young scientists as executors of research and development activities;
• Implementation of information, methodological and organizational and technical support for the participation of students, graduate students and young scientists of the University in competitions of regional, all-Russian, international levels;
• Organization and conduct of competitive selection of scientific works of students, graduate students and young scientists for participation in external competitions.
